Designing Better Operational Visibility

Scheduling work orders requires users to understand assignments, availability, priorities, teams, and time-based activity at a glance.

Gobi brings those elements into a structured scheduling experience where assigned and unassigned work can be reviewed clearly across day, week, and month views.

The design focuses on making dense operational information easier to scan while keeping important actions and scheduling decisions close to the workflow.

I'm Carly, a UI/UX designer and design engineer based in Dallas. I spend most of my time designing enterprise applications, especially dashboards and data visualization, where the goal is to turn dense, complicated information into something people can understand at a glance and act on.

Because I work across product design, front-end development, and digital strategy, I care about the whole path from first sketch to shipped interface. I like being in the room when the big decisions get made, and I like being close enough to the code to make sure what gets built matches what was designed.

Away from the screen, you'll usually find me volunteering with kids, reading, or hanging out with my senior pup, Beckett.
